Water Only - Standard Residential Service Rates

3,000-3,999 $7.50
4,000-4,999 $7.75

Our community's water meters are read each month around the 23rd. Payment for service is due by the 15th of the following month. A 10% late fee will be assessed at noon on the 16th. Please contact our office for any additional information.

Sewer Only - Standard Residential Service Rates

Once usage passes 999 gallons, a charge of $7.00 will be added for each additional 1,000 gallons used. See billing examples below.
